The Rotary Club of Bolivar-Zoar will host its "2018 Spring Health Check, E-Cycle & Pancake Breakfast" at Tusky Valley High School on Saturday, April 21, 2018. Registrations are being taken NOW for the low-cost blood screening tests being conducted by Union Hospital's WorkWell occupational medicine staff. For only $50 (a PSA test for men ages 50 and older is only $15 more), registrants will receive a wide range of screening tests, with results sent directly to participants. Registrations are required and the health check is limited to the first 200 participants. All registrants can come anytime they prefer between 6 and 10 a.m. for their blood screening. But that's not all - all registered participants will receive a FREE pancake breakfast that also is open to the entire community for only $5 each, along with FREE recycling services (document shredding and electronic waste recycling) and a drug takeback of old and unused prescription and over-the-counter medications. Simply click on the link below to register for the health check!
